Will my cleaner bring their own supplies?

Our Clients are asked to provide the cleaning materials. Our cleaners do not carry their own materials, this allows the Client to provide the specific substances which they find works best in their home. Please be aware that due to health and safety bleach is not used.

Can I change my cleaner if I request to?

Yes! We have an extensive database of cleaners who can be re-matched to you. Just give us a call.

How much will I pay?

Hourly rates include both the Cleaner's wages and the Agency fees. Specific prices vary depending on your area you are in and the extent of service you require.

What if my cleaner cancels?

If your arranged Cleaner cancels for any reason including sickness or holiday, we are able to arrange a cleaner to cover the services for the length of time required.

Can I meet my cleaner before the first clean?

Once a Cleaner has been paired with a Client, we arrange for a short first meeting. Here you can discuss with the Cleaner the services expected. If you approve of the cleaner. you are able to agree a regular clean day and time.

How are cleaners recruited?

A telephone interview is first conducted between our Agents and applicant Cleaners. Then a face-to-face interview will be organised at the applicant Cleaner's home. If the applicant Cleaner is successful, their ID will be verified and references approached.
